What is The Little Black Dog Rescue Group?

The Little Black Dog seeks to help abandoned, mistreated and abused dogs find the best possible homes, and also to expand rescue work in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas.

How do I volunteer?

The Little Black Dog is looking for volunteers: (1) who can work as placement coordinators for dogs, (2) who can write creative pup bios, and (3) who can drive to help to transport dogs to vet appointments, foster homes, or meet and greets. Volunteers for these roles may fill out this form to proceed.

Little Black Dog is also looking for foster families to help rescue pups in need. Here is the form to begin fostering.

And they also love donations from their Amazon wishlist.
